…..This is no longer just about double-standards regarding Stormy Daniels & E. Jean Carroll winning OR not winning an $83M in defamation suits. This is about changing the charges against Donald Trump altogether to Criminal Solicitation to Commit Murder.

  This is about Donald Trump inciting not just violence, but murder and not for the first time. Need I remind anyone yet again of January 6th & Trump putting a target on my mike pence’s back?

Context of the Statement

    The fact that Donald Trump isn’t spending the rest of his life in prison for leading a coup to overthrow the American government brings us right back to the dishonorable former Judge S. James Otera who ruled on the Stormy Daniels’ defamation suit. Instead of the judge dropping the case with cautionary words directed at Trump in terms of lessons learned on how to comport oneself or face solitary confinement, the judge actually greenlighted the onset of Trump’s sleazy, revenge agendas aimed at the middle class and its foundational justice in order to cripple them from ever being able to make valid complaints. Hence, the judge encouraged the divide between lord of the manor & serf and I think he knows it as his ruling was malignant & straight out of the Andrew Tatemanosphere when it wasn’t an obvious attempt at winning Trump’s favor.

……Ergo, why haven’t the criminally unethical degradation tactics of making Stormy Daniels’ pay for Donald Trump’s legal bill been rescinded and the judge in the case charged as an accomplice? After all, this judge sent the message that Trump can call her a liar—- when he isn’t threatening the lives of journalists or trying to bankrupt them— but Americans can’t defend themselves being that Judge Otera was complicit in allowing a defendant to get out of order to the point of the plaintiff beingforced into doing it themselves. This is beyond creating a hostile work environmental port, it’s creating a national manosphere.

Jean Carroll one good con artist deserves another, but cracking down on Stormy Daniels for folding to the feds regarding Trump’s NDA when that NDA could be perceived as an illegal contract is inequity. On top of that, going after a porn star in order to get her to pay for Trump’s legal bills is not restitution, but rather it’s an attempt at handicapping or intimidating middle America’s ability to challenge corruption from witnesses AND the fed’s ability to protect witnesses while screwing her worse than Donald Trump.

    In reality, Judge Otero is corruption at the top & not unlike the top three offenders from the ACFE who all passed the buck, or the Ursula, by either treating me like a leper(Joseph T. Wells) OR by pretending not to hear my claims of having endured anexploitative CFE who was a member of their organization (Jacob Parks) AND a member of their organization who was concealing record–breaking, occupational fraud which they claim to rail against (“shits & giggle”, John Warren) that was committed by LeonBlack along with Marc Rowan who’s been harassing the Ivy League & Josh Harris who tried to buy his way into the Trump administration in the first term.

BOTTOM LINE:  This Judge Otero did to Stormy Daniels what Trump has been doing to the American public every day since he’s taken office wherein Sleepy Don is too stupid & too crooked to even sugarcoat it. I wonder how Donald Trump has thanked Judge Otero because the judge certainly isn’t a public servant?

       In case anyone missed it, Judge Otero dismissed the defamation charges due to Trump’s talk being “political discourse & hyperbole” which is a precedent that should have been brought up in the E. Jean Carroll trial so we wouldn’t have these $83M double-standards. Note, in both instances Donald Trump called them liars which is quite frankly nothing more than a denial of accusations & why one has a defense attorney….. But aren’t there certain rules set forth stating that a person cannot engage with the public, which includes jurors, by trying to influence their assessments outside of the courtroom?  Ergo, is it really hyperbole? 

•  The Threat Claim: Daniels claimed a man approached her and her infant daughter in a 2011 parking lot, telling her to “leave Trump alone” regarding their alleged past encounter………….. This sounds very Michael Cohen!

•  The Tweet: After Daniels released an artist’s sketch of the alleged threat-maker, Donald Trump tweeted: “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!”

•  The Suit and Dismissal: Daniels sued, arguing Trump’s tweet implied she fabricated a crime. A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit, ruling that Trump’s tweet was protected “political hyperbole” and opinion expression & ordered Daniels to pay nearly $293,000 in Trump’s legal fees.. Sure, and Renee Good was trying to mow ICE down!…As a judge, Otero knows that there’s no room for opinions, only facts.

VERDICT: JUDGE S. JAMES OTERO IS A TRANSPARENT, MAFIA HOOD just like Giuliani who prioritizes gangsters in business suits, NOT credible points!

BOTTOM LINE:   With anyone else on the planet, it may be able to pass as hyperbolegiven a much more limited audience. But with Donald Trump it’s what he uses to incite his mob for such things as placing a target on Mike Pence’s back by doing nothing more in his first term than acting like a low-class loudmouth from behind his twitter throne—NOW X!
