BILLION $$$$ QUESTION: How the hell can Aquarian Holdings in good conscience keep Eric Steigerwalt on in his current position as president of BHF instead of having him investigated especially after reviewing my emails? Was Skadden & Aarps not a recipient to any of my emails containing evidentiary screenshots of backlogged, private emails & texts proving BHF’s insolvency?
….. If not, then give David Einhorn of Greenlight Capital a call and negotiate a better deal for him starting with an executive role being that he’s a major shareholder. I refuse to view this as an impossibility, especially in light of the fact that Aquarian Holdings has decided to keep Eric Steigerwalt on as president of a company that he not only ran into the ground, but whose crimes he was duplicitous in since its inception when it was founded broke from day one as a dumping ground for MetLife debt in a Delaware courtroom.
BOTTOM LINE: I don’t trust the non-transparency of a publicly-traded, private equity as they’re committed to achieving very high returns for a super wealthy clientele as opposed to the policyholder’s best interests. David may have planned on taking a cash payout from this BHF buyout, but I think he would be selling himself short being that David should be able to take both the cash payout plus obtain the control he never had before.

….. and as long as you’re going to be hiring David Einhorn in an executive or board member role being that he’s a major shareholder, I should be working under him & bringing in my own consultants. At this point, I couldn’t barter a better deal for David being that most of the work is already done as opposed to 5 years ago OR maybe we’re just picking up where we left off.

- JOHN WARREN preaches about the dangers of $4 trillion in occupational fraud, yet he fails to admit that this is the upward figure Gober had estimated in terms of reinsurance fraud. …..JW actually feigned befuddlement or amnesia after my following submission which only proves that he’s either criminally condescending OR too stupid to live.

- Robert Houton should have his lobbyist license revoked for his TOTAL lack of professional behavior & his total lack of accountability.
- Tom Gober should not be testifying against ANYONE being that he should have had his CFE & accounting licenses revoked. I see him as the eunuch version of Harvey Weinstein, nothing more… Furthermore, his findings need to be “cleansed” by supervisors such as Harry Markopolos.
- Dee Miles— Gober’s attorney who was anxious to get to New York to speak to Third Point Financial immediately— was supposed to be protecting policyholders who are cheated by the insurer.

Instead, Dee protected his unethical, lead expert witness that testifies against the insurer who was not only cheating a policyholder like myself, but he enabled this unrepentant, self-employed predator to repeat the scam on others while cheating himself & his colleagues of the biggest cases of their careers that take on a whole new relevance today.
All of these pathetic excuses for men knew about issues with Brighthouse Financial AND with Apollo Global Management AND with Prudential while journalists & politicians do nothing despite my emails. The buck stops here. Aquarian Holdings will help spearhead change that protects them and many others.

…… NOW FOR THE ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM : David Einhorn kept his silence & his patience in terms of any knowledge of BHF’s insolvency for a few years now being that his priorities were to protect his shareholders AND since he’s largely an outsider to the much sleazier aspects of big insurers.
It’s not unlike Prem Watsa forcing Dan Loeb to sign a humiliation contract stating that he didn’t understand what “finites” were which are in fact abused 90% of the time according to what Tom Gober teaches to postal agents. Hence, Loeb admitted to his own innocence.
….. Note, a publicly-traded, private equity is at a crossroads wherein both of these industry ethics overlap; ergo, accountability has to be acknowledged. David was accountable to his investors in terms of BHF, but Apollo Global Management is accountable to the economy at this point.
I read somewhere that David Einhorn “advocates monitoring industry risks & obtaining insurance against foreseeable macro threats.” As of now, my targets are the “macro threats” which are depleting the solvency of the insurance industry AND needless to say this includes FAR MORE than just earthquakes & hurricanes. In other words, natural disasters can’t be covered when we have man-made disasters like Marc & Leon who’re egging on the next financial collapse by “siphoning the re-insurance industry at breakneck speed” & cheering on a destructive president while hoarding cash reserves.
…… YES, I’ve given David a lot of blame due to his apathy in terms of not handling BHF’s insolvency sooner via an advantageous, collective & cautious approach AND in terms of his lack of empathy & accountability for the Tom Gober Meltdown that followed THE APOLLO MEMO in which I absorbed all the hate Gober couldn’t dole out to David as Gober used David as an excuse to defraud me whilst pulling the rug out from under Third Point Financial & Gober’s own attorney network despite promising one to the other.
David was impervious as to the demise of my working relationship with Gober while responding like a disillusioned skeptic unwilling to have given the process a chance…. And yes, I was annoyed with David’s myopic menu in terms of what he wanted from me as opposed to what I could actually provide for him instead of David mopping up the floor with Gober himself.
… But I always knew David had potential because anyone who would distance themselves from Bill Ackman, according to Deep Capture, did it for a good reason. I guess that’s one reason I’ve always kept at it with David
To be clear, I’m pissed at David for having thought only of himself while allowing “the domino effect” of Gober Terrorism to cascade starting with private citizens like myself who defended him as an investor along with my own ability to get paid as Gober wasn’t paying me, only making contingent promises & dodging contracts.

Furthermore, his friends at Third Point Financial got screwed along with society at large which included Gober’s own attorneys who would’ve taken on corporate terrorists like Marc Rowan and to a much more effective extent than what the treacherous “martyr” Gober tried to pull by secretly filing a case against Rowan, Black & Harris himself.
Make no mistake, Gober understands perfectly well that he’s a bamboozler as he’s not only withheld from his attorneys who I was to him, but who they were to the investors I had lined up for them. This is a toxic personality that sabotages his own dreams for progress and change against the likes of Marc Rowan & Leon Black and for no other reason then the pure spite that comes from dealing with a non-doer.
