….It’s funny to see the good Christian, Tom Gober, aligned with this genocide-pushing, low-life— Steve Eisman— being that profiteers such as Steve had provided Tom with a bogus excuse to pull the rug out from under his legal & ethical obligations with me while playing the victim by insisting that I not only didn’t know him, but that he would never do business with hedge fund managers who were “all about money” as he was diametrically opposed to what hedge fund managers stood for despite previously approaching them & botching it.

     This is Gober’s way of escaping his legal obligations that involved everything from implied to written contracts in the state of Virginia for which I originally had an attorney before it was discovered that there was a conflict of interest at the firm. But then again, this “conflict of interest” is no different than Epstein cronyism.

Incidentally, that lobbyist I had a cousin, George Pyne, who we would have been working with, but is now working with Josh Harris of Apollo Global Management.

     Incidentally, Tom’s own attorney Dee Miles had said he would talk Tom down, but instead he got stonewalled by him & surely intimidated knowing that if he pushed the subject, then Dee would have a disappearing act for an expert witness, much like what I received. There is no way Dee can deny that he was on board especially as I have a voicemail screenshot about getting together with Joe Whatley to discuss moving ahead & bringing everyone’s careers to a whole new heights whilst exposing all of the people who are now Trump oligarchs. But in the end, my partner pulled a disappearing act on me and his obligations before playing the victim because that’s what’s truly despicable people do, they play the victim.

 ….. In truth, Gober is no different than Donald Trump as they are both always looking to get something for free before throwing people away who no longer shine their ego. With Gober, he always looks towards a bunch of simple-minded, religious freaks because they never seem to wise up being that all you have to do is to quote some scripture and give some cult-like, pat speeches wherein you got them where you want them. …… Instead, David just rubbed salt in the wounds by telling me, “By the time I got to anyone I was after, they’d all be dead” …Meanwhile, BHF now transitions to a private equity at a premium, despite them knowing that the company was founded broke from day one by MetLife in Delaware, which means this whole thing stinks of an illicit, dividend recapitalization scheme.

    AGAIN, Gretchen Morgenson, you’re an absolutely despicable example of journalism. Expect my next mass email going out to be going out to a jury of your peers along with politicians and academia and major attorneys. This includes all the ME TOO defenders.

       The actions of this nefarious, unhinged narcissist, Tom Gober, will be his undoing as I will tell people like Mark Walter of Guggenheim Partners that this person’s testimony is fruit of a poisonous tree who should have had his license revoked years ago for running an exploitative, home business in which he approaches private citizens on contingent promises, similar to what he uses with his attorneys, but he knows that he can’t get away with screwing over his attorneys like he can women who he leers at for 2 years at Starbuck’s. In the end, Tom is no different than dealing with Donald Trump and his temper tantrums that threaten to attack Greenland if he doesn’t get the Nobel Peace Prize OR shutting down the Kennedy Center if they don’t put his name on it.

  BOTTOM LINE:   Tom Gober is a non-doer, bullshit artist who has made me into the ABSOLUTE biggest ME TOO story of all time that’s entangled with the biggest, white-collar, fraud scheme of all time that’s entangled with the biggest, psychotic narcissist of all time, and I’m not talking about Leon Black or Jeffrey Epstein and Donald Trump. WE ALL KNOW THAT’S TOM GOBER WHO MY FORMER LOBBYIST HAD DESCRIBED AS A FAILURE TO LAUNCH WITH INVESTORS who he blew off despite them wanting to work with them. Incidentally, Gober had promised his own attorneys to this lobbyist, specifically “Dee will do what I want to do.”

…..Remember, the “watershed moment” this one-man, crimewave promised to my lobbyist was withheld as punishment for me telling him that I could not work for him for free & take his abuse if he were going to lash out at investors who were sorely needed as “it takes big money to take on big fraud.” This is the sort of stance that got me labeled as being disloyal & “all about the money” and it’s all in his own emails which doesn’t sound irrational to him. THIS is where Gober was far less generous than Jeffrey Epstein as he decided to put the squeeze on his minions, as opposed to seeing me as his partner that I was, by sabotaging his lifelong mission of taking down the worst fraudsters who were siphoning the insurance industry at breakneck speed that would lead to the next financial collapse much sooner than expected.

   In other words, destroy your own sandcastle so no one else can play with it then, have the audacity to think that you can slowly rebuild it like a shady captive in a different location, wherein no one will notice what you’re up to. Maybe this is why an attorney I had consulted with at the time had said that Tom doesn’t fit any industry’s standards of ethics so strange that he should worry about others.

    Maybe this is what Gretchen needs to keep in mind when she talks to Roberta Kaplan who uplifted a piece of garbage like E. Jean Carroll who gets naked in a dressing room because E. I think we need to remember this when we envision Leon Black getting massage oil rubbed all over him by a bunch of bikini clad, massage therapist “victims”. This is what we’re worried about????

…..But to be totally honest, Leon Black doesn’t piss me off. In fact, he’s the ONLY one in this whole fiasco who doesn’t come across as a complete bullshit artist touting a defender of humanity scam used to cloak political & predatory ambitions. AND at least Leon Black had the decency to meet a woman at a bar with five thousand dollars cash in an envelope which is more money than I’ve ever seen from Tom Gober in all the years that I worked with him which produced his wildest dreams of a campaign which people would have paid tens of thousands of dollars for because that’s what people will pay for a campaign with White House lobbyists & a media frenzy in which Tom’s own attorneys have a seat at the table who I had to bring into the fold & who were all ready to launch once the formality of an evidentiary meeting was out of the way…. Any costs after that point would be covered by an investor collective & attorneys working on contingency.

.... In reality, Gober— like Epstein— preys upon those he can exploit or get over a barrel. But Tom’s also the old-fashioned misogynist who gets increasingly worse & when he does he makes a woman jump through hoops & gives veiled threats by saying, “if you’re not happy, then maybe you should just leave”, but only after bringing people in too deep to ever look back with both knowing that he can make off with everything you’ve produced if one doesn’t work some magic. This is how Tom gets his rocks off before having to go back to his ugly wife & keep to his own eunuch version of a double life. At times, I felt that it was punishment for me not talking to him for two years at Starbucks until he made his approach.

   If you take that last element out of it, Gober’s business model is no different than these financial advisors firms that have newbies work 60 to 80 hours a week while not really teaching them much because they’re too busy making phone calls in which they land clients, but they’re get fired a week before their sales numbers hits and now the guy above them inherits all the new clients. In other words, it’s a micro, pyramid scheme.

     Newsflash! Gretchen Morgenson, you ONLY serve to validate what I’ve been saying all these years in terms of Tom Gober’s behavior and what he’s been sitting on. This also means that John Warren of the ACFE is an extension of that Epstein ring being that nobody has ever enabled Donald Trump & Leon Black more than he & Tom Gober and its all tied in to misogynistic power kicks which included deciding that deserved what I earned only at their approval.

     Members of Gober’s flock, much like his role model, Donald Trump, constitutes imbeciles & accomplices and as of now, I’m not entirely sure which category Gretchen fits into. This brings us back to accomplice, John Warren of the ACFE, who simply chuckled and condescended and blew me off over the phone by saying that he couldn’t follow my formal complaint because of all the sexual, tension undertones which I didn’t realize it contained, but John’s a guy, so I guess he should know

…. AND because John Warren’s a guy, he should have heard himself and seen the whole picture which included his online complaints regarding $4 trillion in occupational fraud. But he and the founder Joseph T. Wells & the head of the ethics department, Jacob Parks, chose to enable an abuser of ethics, an abuser of woman & an abuser of the little guy that there’s supposed to be protecting from someone like Gober by instead acting like executives off of Madman by treating me like I was a nuisance via my reporting to them an unethical member of their organization.
