Dear EVERYONE whose complicit in terms of concealing the insolvency of Brighthouse Financial which now involves plans of concealing it even more by taking it private under the blanket of a private equity,

……. This horrific scenario goes beyond corporate fraud that hides in plain site which everyone conveniently ignores. This ongoing drama is a serious violation of my civil rights on multiple levels one of which includes the respect owed to any whistleblower. 

      This email will recap or explain these complaints to a newcomer group of attorneys while listing all those who’ve acted in bad faith OR who are joining the ranks. 

      Let’s start with  David Einhorn who acted in bad faith by offering to pay me for proprietary information not my own then in terms of suppressing the insolvency of his third major holding to recent investors such as Aquarian & 6th Street Partners. I also dare say that David’s been taking my amateur investment advice which inspired his latest investment, COYA, which is also the perfect pairing for strengthening a company to like Brighthouse Financial through an alliance or collaboration…. Again, why doesn’t David block my emails or answer them cuz I know he’s reading them?

….Last but not least, Aquarian Holdings, its backers such as Redbird Capital & possibly 6th Street Partners are now acting in bad faith as they know everything AND as a private equity they’re in the perfect position to act in the shadows. My only question is whether or not David is selling high OR does he have a seat at the shady table which should have been a table championed by my dream team who could have sorted out BHF long ago while increasing its value—not over inflating it— and In the process making David into an actual hero as opposed to the fake one that the Jewish media makes him out to be. Either way, Aquarian & 6th Street are going to get taken for a ride if they overpay for a shit company that even Apollo Global Management knew enough to walk away from….. or are they encouraging its overvaluation?

….. Note, when a private equity like Apollo Global Management— which is literally the mothernest of white-collar fraud— walks away from BHF,  then take the queue…

     Next, there’s attorney Dee Miles of Beasley Allen in Birmingham, Alabama who was on the cusp of pulling Joe Whatley into a triad of attorneys, investors and lobbyists who would work to expose the world’s most costly corporate fraud schemes, but first he had to smooth the feathers of his Golden Goose of a lead, expert witness —Tom Gober, CFE—– who had uncovered Brighthouse Financial’s insolvency & Apollo Global Management’s groundbreaking fraud scheme prior to pulling a disappearing act on investors & lobbyists who I had gathered to do for him what his attorneys alone could never do in terms of exposure & effective change.

       Instead, Dee acted in bad faith  by pulling a no-show on me AND on the investors who he had already accosted. This was followed by him lying to me about having originally held doubts while withholding from his attorney network not only Tom Gober’s storefront hustler of a “business model” that he had been running on me, but he also failed to mention Gober’s withholding of massive cases which they all should have been working on.

       Dee isn’t stupid ergo no story Tom Gober could have provided would have made sense especially if it involved Tom  telling Dee that everything he had been working on with me was just theory as this  would have been received as a blatant lie being that nobody spends 4 years with Tom just to armchair theorize while approaching billionaire investors & recruiting lobbyists.

       More importantly, this attempt to sweep things under the rug would have been an admission to having engaged me under false pretenses if we were to assume that Tom had been telling Dee Miles his true intentions. Either way you look at it, the result would be me wasting 4 years of my life just so this leering pervert with a dumpy wife at home  could spend facetime with me. 

…….One last thing, if I had been merely armchair theorizing with Tom without knowing it then Gober would have also been admitting to Dee that he engaged with lobbyists & investors under false pretenses by promising Dee Miles’ cooperation to them…. Ergo, everyone is living in a fantasy world of false engagements & role play!

……..Also, there could have been an threatening tone in terms of pulling a no-show which would have left Dee  high & dry on the Banner Life case. Note, professionally unethical, sadistic revenge & destroying his own sandcastle was more important to Tom Gober than getting paid OR his own mission in life.

…… All this dodging was after Dee told me that he wanted to get started right away— “tomorrow“— as “he always wanted to do something like this, but never thought it could be done”. I then approached Judge Clemons who seemed excited, but after speaking to Dee Miles he changed his tune and started acting befuddled and looking for a way out by mumbling, “I can’t help, I’m an old man”.

     We can’t forget about the endless stream of “acting in bad faith” on the part of Tom Gober who is the root of all problems that no one can seem to bring to justice ….Obviously, this comes back to not only his withholding of massive fraud schemes from his attorneys, but also to his exploitative, business practices that he wreaked upon me. This included things like making me jump through hoops at the threat of him pulling a disappearing act being that he was insulted at being asked to sign contracts due to his “golden word” being enough. 

…..If this was Gober’s way of cracking the whip it worked as it became a race to the finish line wherein I would no longer have to be isolated with Gober; but rather, I’d be safe & surrounded by the people who paid him despite Tom complaining that he was always waiting on a check for months at a time.

      Note, sham activist David Einhorn didn’t care that he facilitated the destruction of my working relationship with Gober. This indifference also applies to my well-connected yet absentee lobbyist who was always hitting on me, but ready to roll once I brought on the billionaire investors just as he had instructed me to do after leaving me high & dry with Tom so he could  pursue another campaign which is of little relevance now. 

……Nonetheless, the lobbyist may have initially blamed himself for the destruction of this budding campaign,  but ultimately dodged the accountability he owed to me as a high-level handler by instead putting all the blame on Tom’s personality problem.  He didn’t even bother trying to talk to Tom. Aren’t lobbyists there to deal with high-level assholes with personality problems??? Typically the answer is yes unless the lobbyist is also a high-level asshole with a personality problem.

….. Despite EVERYTHING that had transpired & despite his own lack of physical appeal, the lobbyist— Robert Houton—  continued to hit on me so I encouraged him to continue his trolling of college campuses which his 10-year-old daughter didn’t like NOR did his ex-wife.

But back to David Einhorn’s acting in bad faith, 

  ….. Being the poster boy for Asperger’s Syndrome, David expressed zero empathy when I tried to tell him about Gober pulling the rug out from under my 4 years of hard work which included a “dream team” business strategy that was beginning to gather until Gober sabotaged his own mission  which he had previously written in stone to Dee Miles & to an associate journalist of his…More importantly, Gober’s real goal was to deprive me of the same watershed moment that he had instructed me to explain to the lobbyist.

      So what caused all this finale drama?? It was a combination of Tom’s own embarrassment for attempting to clairvoyantly panhandle David who at the same time maintained a refusal to see evidence in plain site, not unlike my website. Gober’s ensuing rage is what blinded him to cutting out investors from the picture altogether instead of acknowledging that it took deep pockets to fight big fraud. Incidentally, I discussed this fiasco with one of Tom’s associates from the New York Times and she laughed at Tom’s buffoonery, but this was no laughing matter.

…… Likewise, she couldn’t believe Tom’s attempts to play the victim & the defender of the policyholder by trying to falsely portray me as some greedy sidekick despite me never getting paid by him AND by him effectively destroying any chance of me ever getting paid while still expecting me to work for him for free by digging up advocacy groups despite Gober not remembering that we were to found our own advocacy group because none existed for what we were trying to do..

……. This goal of an advocacy group was in the letter Tom put forth to Dee Miles & journalist Mary Williams Walsh in which Tom declared his intentions. Dee clearly didn’t remember this as he fed me his bullshit line about how he works on “theory” as an attorney just before claiming that I was trying to have him assume the role of a lobbyist, ya’ know, the lobbyist who he was supposed to be speaking to and expanding his horizons with by getting a guided tour to another sphere in his career.  It’s all on The Man Wall Of Shame page of my website which will be receiving some revisions this month.

      Just a side story, sending Tom Gober to Cyrus Mehri— a friend of Judge Clemons who once praised Tom’s testimony as “masterful”-— was a waste of time as Cyrus’s insurance expert tried to condescendingly explain to me that Apollo Global Management was a private equity— hence not publicly traded— cuz he’s too ignorant to understand that it is.. 

…..Cyrus then told me what Tom had withheld from me at their meeting which was something that boiled down to having to get around OR to take on Dodd-Frank reform which is EXACTLY what my lobbyist was talking about amending without any feelings of hesitation!… From my point of view, a viable case existed being that a publicly-traded, private equity had created a cross stream wherein investor ethics violated or overlapped with policyholder protections while under the same flagship. Of course, all this goes back to accounting ethics or a lack thereof

      This meeting with Cyrus was all part of me piecing together a trail of crumbs following Gober’s no-show & him shielding himself with total lies fortified by a once eager Dee Miles who wouldn’t acknowledge that if Gober’s lies were true then Gober had been operating under false pretenses to me, to investors & to lobbyists… This is something the ACFE failed to acknowledge & what we all know Dee Miles clearly understood…. After all, avoiding me is Dee’s shame-faced acknowledgment of Gober’s breathtakingly sadistic & professionally unethical behavior that is criminal & NOT just a matter of contract law..

    INCIDENTALLY, Tom’s attorney network would’ve gone along for the ride of their career, but isn’t that stating the obvious?? I saw somebody like Ann Froman of Nebraska being on the front line being that she’s a triple threat and a link between the world of lobbyist- advocate-regulators & attorneys much like Harry Markopolos is a triple threat of an accountant.

      You can see from  my previous screenshots that Gober approached me about explaining to the lobbyist “the watershed moment” which is basically CONTINGENCY that his lawyers get paid on and we all know that they would NEVER tolerate this behavior without destroying his career & his finances which would teach Gober that the tail doesn’t wag the dog…

…… BUT BACK TO DAVID EINHORN, Mr. EMPATHY, who cut me off in a state of annoyance and then played Gordon Gecko with me. This includes trying to pilfer me for proprietary information that should have been going to his friends over at Thirdpoint Financial. 

      So after David— the malignant nerd of Wall Street— tried to haggle me, he went about dishonestly reinventing himself, his business & his sham activism. This in part required an equally debauched partner. Enter a desperate, sagging, over-the-hill, bimbo socialite that tries to play the role of a great lady, but who in reality does nothing more than hide behind her parents money while trying to fake a career out of being a professional hobnobber when she isn’t screwing guys that look like Seth Cohen who of course look at her as a goddess… 

      Ergo, an asexual Einhorn was a step up for a social predator like Nathalie Gerschel Kaplan being that David is another type of predator, but one who always hones in on over inflated, full of shit trash that tries to be more than what it is when he isn’t working in reverse gears by destroying salvageable businesses & budding campaigns that could change the face of society by quelling the social unrest that he creates then pretends to champion.
