But back to Brighthouse Financial…… Note that David Einhorn wasn’t willing to expose Brighthouse Financial’s fraud by seeing an opportunity to gain an upper hand over the management as he tried to do with GM. Instead, he came up with bogus & unprovable theories based on his undervalued GAAP assumptions which the CFE I was collaborating with said he could disprove while indisputably proving it’s insolvency. The June 2018 meeting was over at that point.

In other words, David is in the process of doing a reversal of his usual short the stock game by falsely inflating a shit company like BHF so it sells at a premium to some chump which in this case is a private equity who is probably going to be using it as their own dumping around being that it was established as one by Metlife.
…… But let’s begin with a little backstory which involves my former partner, Tom Gober, who is now a disgraced C.F.E., but before my website he was the golden goose to big law for a very long time. QUESTION: How was I supposed to continue working indefinitely with a piece of shit who’s not paying me because he claims that his attorneys aren’t paying him then pisses off investors OR is irrationally pissed at investors since they’re “all about the money” & apparently I was no better.
