FLASHBACK:….Remember James Fishback? Well, he’s David Einhorn’s other sparring partner outside of Elon Musk with the one crucial difference being that Elon doesn’t have to stand on David’s shoulders to get attention for lame-brained ideas like a $5,000 check for every American after Elon gets through with DOGE. Nonetheless, James Fishfuck is the bogus, “financial analyst” who David took chances on instead of helping me to rekindle a financially transformative campaign by having David acting as a mediator OR at least as a whistleblower against Tom Gober, CFE.
Just remember that by David not giving a shit about carelessly brushing-off an egomaniacal Tom Gober, he enabled a vengeful Tom’s total freeze on all those he had promised— like lobbyists, investors, attorneys & policyholders—in terms of exposing widespread insurer fraud & constructive change that would’ve begun with a close, hedge fund associate of his?
This makes David Einhorn part of the problems he claims to rail against as David was aware of the domino effect his & Tom’s “Apollo Fall-Out” created….. And by a “vengeful” Tom, I’m referring to the Gober seeing insults where none existed followed by unethically destroying the human tools & marketing blueprint I produced for him which possessed the capability of making his dream of battling the biggest form of white-collar fraud a very viable reality. Furthermore, Tom robbed me of his contingent promises that would’ve released him from paying me out of his own pocket—- AND after years of my hard work!! Bottom line, a person doesn’t get any more unethical than this….
ALL this was because of an imagined offense in which I supposedly “took sides” with David by not expecting him to empathize with Tom’s written statement which read, “I worked all night on this and I thought you would see where this was going”. This was how Gober pitched his abilities AND how David “antagonized” Tom Gober AND how “the investor” became a conflict of interest being that “they were all about the money” which in turn made me “all about the money”. This is what my Security Compliance Officer friend who reviewed the correspondence had described as being “completely off the rails”, not to mention that Tom was unaware of security compliance laws as a debate ensued over the use of the word confidential in an email subject header.
More importantly, Tom couldn’t grasp that it took big money & high-level teamwork to fight the biggest form of white-collar, corporate fraud on the planet. I knew Tom was licking his wounds, but his reaction was over the top and this included withholding from his own attorneys EVERYTHING— including their names already being promised to investors & lobbyists— just to spite me when being forced to go around him.
On the other hand, it takes a myopic investor to NOT put a respect for knowledge over that of his own impatience. In other words, David Einhorn may have viewed Gober as a “God’s Messenger” type, but buried in all that sanctimonious talk & inept approach is one man’s mission to produce 12-figure, fraud findings & a need to shout it from mountain tops which sounds a lot like David.
Meanwhile, if David needed an intermediary between Tom & his facts, then he should’ve allowed me to lead him to one, NOT badger me for information he wanted after helping to facilitate the implosion of my working relationship with Tom. I’m not a one-woman liquidation sale for CFE, proprietary Intel!! Even worse, creating an irrelevant, faux debate for which NEITHER he nor I were prepared to prove, but which he thought he could win simply by acting like Trump with Zelensky.
This haggler approach may be how David attracted & recruited a bunco artist like James Fishback, but it doesn’t work with me…. Perhaps, David should’ve saved that loudmouth of his for the “too-ugly-to-fuck” & “soon-to-be” ex-wife who was about to take him for half OR NOT come into work at all.
Moreover, David simply proved that Mark Mitchell of Deep Capture was right when he said that investors like David create the conditions for catastrophe to ensue which is exactly what the amateur James Fishback has become as David stands idly by with his thumb up his ass instead of knowing when to jump in..
Incidentally, I came to David one last time in 2020 on the recommendation of the Managing Director of the hedge fund that Dee Miles of Beasley Allen had stood-up after promising to talk Tom down. Anyway, this Managing Director had a previous, working relationship with David; hence, he encouraged me to encourage David to review the Apollo Memo (again!) with a critical eye, NOT a dismissive mindset based on the fact that Tom got on his nerves. (Take a number & stand in line!! This is why Dee Miles originally wanted to intervene…)
Anyhow, the way I looked at it was “if Dapper David could stomach 24 years of getting his dick wet in that hideous dipshit of an ex-wife AND if he could pick fights with Elon Musk AND if he could employ overly privileged half-wits at his cultish, “empathy” Collaborative, then he could handle Tom Gober OR let somebody do it for him ESPECIALLY if it helped layers & layers of people in ways that checked off so many boxes.” WHAT A COMEBACK!!
Incidentally, the Managing Director who wanted me to re-approach David is someone I saw on a Wall Street Netflix special which only proved to me that I was in good company. Also, it hopefully makes me less crazy for maintaining hope or conviction in terms of goading David into spearheading what needs to be done. This includes making him relevant again, NOT a target!

Of course, that would invariably be followed by Tom labeling it as avoiding a “close call” with me, just to add insult to injury. This is why I put a rush on things as I knew that time was of the essence as I had to get to the finish line to use Tom’s own attorneys to protect my ass from Tom along with contingent compensation which Dee Miles had said, “We’ll flesh it out when we get to New York”.
Plus, I could no longer rely on my idiot lobbyist who first pulled a disappearing act then expected me to do all the heavy-lifting in terms of bringing on the investors while he went off to chase college girls & pursued a lesser campaign that somehow prohibited him from picking up the phone and calling his contacts who knew my targeted investors that I managed to get to in the end.

First off, Warren Buffett should’ve been in prison long ago & Charles Munger right along with him. Whatever happened to Hank Greenberg in 2008 should’ve happened ten times over to Warren Buffett. To me, Buffett & Munger kind of function as Leon Black & Marc Rowan.
BACKSTORY: Before I ever got involved with the unethical Tom Gober, CFE, he’d been transplanted to Richmond, Virginia to go undercover with the Feds for 3 years investigating Reciprocal of America, one of Buffett’s company. His underlings went to prison, but Buffett evaded prosecution by cutting a deal with the Feds in which he handed over Hank Greenberg on a silver platter for sham reinsurance performed between the two of them which falsely inflated the value of AIG stock.
Hence, how does one figure that Buffett had the information to hand over to a Federal agent, via a middleman, in the first place? (I suspect that Tom Hanusik who worked on the Enron case is the missing piece of Gober’s puzzle)?
Following the AIG debacle, the McNulty Memo was released in Richmond, Virginia which essentially stated that no one could bring a case against insurers to the Feds without it first going through Paul McNulty himself. After reading the writing on the wall, Gober went solo and began pursuing civil cases with outside attorneys. This led him to serving as the lead, expert witness in a civil suit against AIG which earned his attorneys a $400 million settlement.
